CORDON Series Digital Video Receivers
CORDON series digital video receivers with diversity reception are designed to receive high quality audio and video signals, and telemetry data by wireless with COFDM modulation.
High picture stability is provided with COFDM modulation and digital diverse reception under conditions of multi-beam distribution and signal fading. The CORDON receivers allow to create video monitoring systems that are superior under harsh conditions, including constant movement of the transmitter, urban area and out-of-sight exploitation.
CORDON series video transmitters have similar basic technical specifications. However, the application, design and some specifications may vary.
Digital video receivers can be successfully used in portable video surveillance systems.
CORDON receiver settings can significantly change video quality, transmission distance and delay. If settings are optimized, it can significantly improve work of the system. For example, if ultra-narrow band is activated, it can increase transmitting distance by several times without transmitter output power increase.
CORDON Tx/Rx programmer can be connected to the receiver that allows frequency channels switching without using a computer and select between preprogrammed configurations on the spot.
Standard versions of video receivers can be equipped with built-in down converters (by individual order).
If the external antennas are used, converters can be installed directly onto the antennas, it will compensate cable loss and the converters won’t require additional power.
CORDON series video receivers can be used with CORDON series video transmitters of corresponding frequency range.
